In addition to the vocational training of young people in training centers for chefs and restaurant staffs and in a simulated business enterprise for hotel staff, we offer aspiring young managers preparatory courses on kitchen or restaurant administration.

The teaching of necessary skills, international customs and foreign languages is as much a part of our training programs as instruction in hotel and tourism management techniques.
